1.2. We would like to offer a clear and user-friendly website with offers and information about the products we have developed. 2.2.Collection and processing of personal data.
Through our website and the associated technical solutions, we collect the following categories of personal data for the purposes specified below:
A. Conclusion and administration of Smartpoint:
Delivery of services in connection with your registration for a Smartpoint agreement. Personal information is used for the purpose of administering the Agreement, including in connection with payment for your purchase of Smartpoint. In this regard, we will process your: name, address, email address, phone number, payment information (including credit card information).
The basis for this is the GDPR art. 6.1.b (agreement fulfillment). This information stems directly from you or someone who represents you.
To the extent that is necessary and within the purpose of our agreement, we will be able to share the information with the following categories of recipients: our suppliers and dealers, including IT vendors, support, merchandise providers and financial institutions, accounting firms that we partner with to assist our company.
We keep the information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose of our agreement, to be expected up to 3 years after the end of the contractual relationship. Information about your purchases and payments however, is always stored for 5 years plus the current year in accordance with the requirements of the Accounting Act.

phone number, IP address, cookies. This is done for the following purposes:
