1.1. This Cookie and Data Protection Policy explains how Yodaway ApS (“we” or “us”)
collects and otherwise processes your information when you visit our website, Yodaway.com and in this connection provide information about yourself. This regards both information that you have provided yourself or information collected automatically when you visit our website.
1.2. We would like to offer a clear and user-friendly website with offers and information about the products we have developed. To achieve this, we use technologies that can collect, analyze and sort information about how you and other users use the website. Through our website and the associated technical solutions, we collect the following categories of personal data for the purposes specified below:
A. Conclusion and administration of Smartpoint:
Delivery of services in connection with your registration for a Smartpoint agreement. Personal information is used for the purpose of administering the Agreement, including in connection with payment for your purchase of Smartpoint. In this regard, we will process your: name, address, email address, phone number, payment information (including credit card information).
The basis for this is the GDPR art. 6.1.b (agreement fulfillment). This information stems directly from you or someone who represents you.
To the extent that is necessary and within the purpose of our agreement, we will be able to share the information with the following categories of recipients: our suppliers and dealers, including IT vendors, support, merchandise providers and financial institutions, accounting firms that we partner with to assist our company.
We keep the information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose of our agreement, to be expected up to 3 years after the end of the contractual relationship. Information about your purchases and payments however, is always stored for 5 years plus the current year in accordance with the requirements of the Accounting Act.
B. Sign up for our newsletter
Personal information is used for marketing purposes, including targeting
our communication with you based on your areas of interest and focus, including
when sending newsletters.
We process the following categories of personal information about you:

This information is collected directly from you or someone representing you.

The information will not be shared with other companies.

C. Website Optimization and Profiling
In order to improve the design of our website and target marketing
of our products, we collect the following personal information: name, address, email,
phone number, IP address, cookies. This is done for the following purposes:
1) By using our website, user traffic information is collected from the page, including the pages visited. This information is used to optimize usage experience on our website as well as to design the website as best as possible. See more details below under the section on cookies.
2) Marketing: personal data is used for targeted marketing and communication with you based on your areas of interest and focus, including sending you relevant marketing in the form of newsletters (if you have subscribed to ours newsletter service).
